The delivery times for your order will vary according to the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase and the delivery address.
If you are unsatisfied with your order or you decide you no longer need the item you have ordered you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item arrived in SOLENT TOOLS branded packaging, do not worry if you have to tear it to open – we are able to repackage these items upon return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When we receive your order, we will refund the total amount minus the cost of posting the order to you (please be aware that if you selected ‘Free Delivery’ the delivery charge has been built into the price of the product and postage fees will still be deducted from your refund).
If the part we have sent is different to the part that you have ordered or you feel the part you have received is faulty please get in contact with us before returning the part. It may be that we can help you fit the part correctly or swap it for the correct part and we may be able to get you sorted without returning the product and incurring unnecessary postage charges.
In order for us to process a return you will need to include a copy of the invoice we supplied so we know who to refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (If we are unable to process to your original method of payment we will contact you to arrange an alternative method to refund your order). We are advised most refunds will take up to 5 working days, but sometimes your card provider can delay the refund from reaching you’re account for a longer period.
